Kylie Sandor, Doctor of Audiology, AuD
Kylie M. Sandor graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a doctorate of audiology in 2014. She has worked previously in adult and pediatric hospital settings, with the bulk of her clinical experience occurring in a large ENT clinic with a wide range of adult and pediatric patients. She has also worked for the past few years in a research position with a hearing aid manufacturer. She returned to clinical work out of a desire to help people more directly on a day-to-day basis. In particular, her goal is to help educate patients on their hearing health, while bringing some fun into hearing aid care and maintenance. In her spare time, she loves to bake, read, visit with friends, and take long hikes with her husband, Rob, and their dog, Neo.

Scott Hagans, Hearing Instrument Dispenser, HID
Scott Hagans is a graduate of Brown College, a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Minnesota and a member of the Minnesota Hearing Healthcare Providers. Scott’s background stems from his family’s long-term involvement in the hearing industry, a solid foundation from which he’s built his skillset. Scott’s ability to blend this background with a high measure of compassion and care allows him to provide a level of service that few other hearing care professionals can match. His experience includes working in private practice environments dispensing all major brands of hearing instruments. Scott is proficient in hearing evaluations, testing and fittings, Real Ear/Speech Mapping verification, tinnitus therapy and aural rehabilitation.
