Our Team
Inell Rosario, MD
President | Otolaryngologist
Dr. Inell Rosario, MD, is board-certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and sleep medicine. She is the president of Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
Dr. Rosario was born and raised on Andros, an island in the Bahamas. She graduated from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to attend medical school at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She then completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
When she isn’t working at the clinic, Dr. Rosario likes to exercise, play basketball, and do mission work. She is married and has two children.
Eleanor Allen
Hearing Aid Technician
Eleanor joined our team in winter of 2026 as a Hearing Aid Technician. She has impressive experience managing a multimillion-dollar sports bar and medical experience including Emergency Medical Responder and Patient Care Coordinator at another hearing practice. She is First Aid and CPR Certified and enjoys teaching others about hearing loss and how to care for their hearing aids.
Eleanor’s mother is a hearing instrument specialist and educated Eleanor at a young age about the importance of hearing health. This inspired her to go into the hearing field, so she can now help others.
Eleanor enjoys listening to live music and going to festivals, as well as hiking and gardening. As a passionate music enthusiast, she takes hearing protection very seriously. Hearing protection is important for all ages!
Emily Roiland
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Emily brings valuable industry experience and a true passion for helping patients in a clinical setting where she can make a meaningful difference. She approaches patient care by asking thoughtful questions to better understand each person’s unique situation. An attentive listener, Emily is committed to ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and supported.
From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting and dispensing hearing aids, Emily partners with patients throughout their entire hearing aid journey.
In her free time, Emily loves trying new restaurants. She enjoys spending time with her cats and being creative with paint and yarn. In mild weather, she likes to get out on her bicycle. She’s looking forward to meeting our patients!
